One of the BEST parts of being a Style Collective member is our amazing community of SC sisters! Community is the backbone of our mission here, and we want you to know you are surrounded by like-minded bloggers and entrepreneurs both virtually and IRL. The blogosphere can get a bit lonely – after all, as an influencer, you’re usually working solo on your blog. Style Collective is proud of our friendly, supportive, and positive community of fellow girlbosses for you to immerse yourself in. So, we love it when you all get together for bonding and look to our incredible Regional Leaders to help make meetups a reality. We ask our Regional Leaders to host meetups of all types at least once a quarter (that’s four times a year that you have the opportunity to meet up and team up with your SC sisters!). From casual coffee chats to a sponsored mimosa brunch, there’s no end to the laughter and learning you can experience with your fellow bloggers.

With the release of our newest e-course, How To Monetize Your Influence and Stand Out From the Influencer Crowd, and our winter meetups being scheduled, our educational topic for this next meetup is monetizing through products and services. With so much info included in our e-course about monetizing through affiliates/commissions, brand sponsorships, and ads, we wanted to allow you all to explore this diverse topic together as a group. It’s the category that, statistically, brings in the MOST income for influencers, yet is the most broad and creative category!

If you love the idea of planning a meetup for your local sisters, or you have an unofficial degree in fabulous party planning, then this is the job for you. Read about all our NEW Regional Leader program‘s perks and expectations, and apply to be an SC Regional Leader.

With our winter meetups being planned, we wanted to get you all excited by featuring a couple of our sister events that took place during August, September, and October!

New Jersey

Ann Taylor Short Hills NJ Style Collective Blogger Meetup

These #SCsisters got together at Ann Taylor at the Short Hills Mall and did our meetup quiz together, chatted about blogging, and then – of course! – did some shopping!

Dallas SC sisters met up this fall at Seasons 52 Wine Bar & Grill for some seasonal sips and bites. The restaurant at NorthPark provided the ladies with free appetizers and desserts. Sephora at Highland Village and Dillards at Vista Ridge Mall both provided goodies for the giveaway bags for each of the ladies. They had a great time exchanging amazing tips with one another, and discussed at length how fashion bloggers can create partnerships!

Another group of lovely Dallas gals met up at NYLO Hotel to put faces to usernames and share blogging tips! They were dressed by Agaci Stores and wore Jack Mason watches. Talk about a day of fashion, fun, and friendship!

In August, Vegas sisters met up at Black Sheep for a meetup sponsored by Good Day Chocolates, Patchology, Not Soap Radio, Cre8Skin, and Verb Haircare! This intimate gathering had the girls sharing and chatting about all things blogging, and they had a great time bonding (and laughing) over their similar experiences in the social media world.

On Wednesday, August 23rd, SC sisters in New York gathered at the Ann Taylor Rockefeller Center store for fashion, sips, and Magnolia cupcakes. Every SC sister recieved a pretty leather pouch upon arrival, and Ann Taylor’s professional stylist team provided them with personalized styling (and a 40% off discount if they decided to purchase!). There was also a surprise raffle drawn at the end of the event for a big signature Ann Taylor straw bag.

During NYFW in September, a group of SC sisters met up for a fun-filled brunch at Cantina Rooftop in New York City! They traveled from all over the country to attend the famed fashion shows in the city, so why not take the opportunity to meet girls they may never have had the opportunity to chat with before? Taking a break from the craziness of NYFW was just what these Style Collective members needed.
